Can I ask for advice or pick your brain on something?

Unfortunately, I can't give personalized guidance via email for people who aren't clients. I wish I could, but I've got to manage and honor my time and energy.

What do I need for our coaching sessions?

As we'll be connecting through Zoom for our sessions, all you need is a steady internet connection. You can jump in from your phone, tablet, or computer – no fancy software required, just your trusty web browser.

Find a quiet and private room where you can sit comfortably and have a bit of space to move around; don't worry, we won't be doing anything awkward or strenuous!

How far apart do the sessions have to be?

For optimal results, it's recommended to space the sessions 1 to 2 weeks apart. I recommend having sessions at the same time each week, which helps prevent forgetting them. If one week you have a conflicting event on your calendar, don't fret – as we schedule each session in advance we can work around it.

What days do you work?

I'm typically available throughout the week, except on Fridays, from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm (BST). I intentionally cap the number of daily sessions to ensure I'm always delivering top-notch service at my best. I'm open to being flexible, especially if you're in a different time zone. Don't hesitate to reach out and discuss possibilities!

Do you work internationally?

Yes. I work with people from all countries; it is important that you have a good grasp of the English language to benefit from the sessions.

How long do the sessions usually last?

Sessions typically run for about 60 minutes, but I've also set aside an extra 15 minutes if needed. I always check with you at the start to ensure we have the necessary time without any rush.

What if I am running late for a session?

I'd really appreciate it if you could honor our scheduled session time by joining punctually. To make sure everything's smooth sailing, consider hopping in 5 to 10 minutes early to check that everything's working as it should.

If you're running over 15 minutes late, just a quick heads-up: the session might be marked as a no-show. Unfortunately, with the next client's session around the corner, there might not be enough time left for a full coaching conversation. In that case, you'd miss out on valuable coaching time (along with the associated fee).

What can I expect from a session?

During the initial session I will ask you some questions to gather some background information in order to understand what it is that you would like to change. I will guide you through how to make these changes. Everything is tailored to your individual needs.

I'm worried about what might come up in the session

Please don't worry, I'm unshockable and you would be surprised at what I've already heard! I am 100% dedicated to doing what is best for you so the more you open up and dig deep the more I can support you and the greater the results you will see.

If something's on your mind and causing concern, we can chat about it beforehand and figure out how to handle it together. That way, there won't be any unexpected surprises, and we can establish a plan on how to handle it if it comes up.

Is what I tell you private?

Rest assured, our sessions are kept absolutely private and confidential. The only time this might change is if there's a situation where there's a potential risk of harm to you or others. In such cases, I would always discuss it with you and seek your consent before sharing any information. Your well-being and the well-being of vulnerable individuals are my top priorities.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session with you?

My advice is to contact me ASAP and we will sort it together; of course life happens and I try to work with you where I can. However can usually re-fill the session time as I generally have a waiting list so please inform me at least 48 hours in advance of our session. Changes with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% and less than a FULL 24 HOURS notice will be charged the full fee.

Do you offer Refunds?

In general, refunds aren't typically offered. However, there might be special situations where we could explore alternative solutions. I'm open to discussion and understanding. Up to this point, I haven't encountered a need for it.

What is the cost of the sessions?

There is a minimum commitment of 4 sessions, block booked for a total of £320, this is to ensure you get a good service. Further sessions are charged at £85. If you prefer to start with just one session after our Inquiry call, the cost for that standalone session would be £120.

How do I make the payment?

Payments for sessions are made via bank transfer, via the online booking form or PayPal at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed once the fees have been received. Details will be emailed to you along with your client agreement form. If you chose to block book sessions, I take payment for all sessions up front and we schedule all those sessions in.

What qualifications do you have?

I have a Masters & Advanced level Diploma in Clinical NLP, Coaching & Hypnotherapy.
